Safarinow.com are useless and they rob people on holiday!!!

Safari now needs to refund us R800 for our booking that we paid online for 25th and 26th December accommodation at ilala Guest House Mondeor (jhb), after booking on Agoda a month in advance and they *****ed up our booking with Bruno comfort suites. On 24th december we made a booking for the next 2nights with Safarinow.com and made payment to stay at ilala guest house in Mondeor. When we arrived at ilala guest house on 25th December around 2pm, they stated that they did not receive the confirmation from Safarinow.com so they could not let us stay even though we showed them the proof of payment and reference number. They said that they cannot do anything if safarinow.com did not confirm. We then sent an email to *** to get them to send the booking confirmation and they did not. They took our money and inconvenienced us on christmas day that we had to make alternative arrangements!!!!! They have not responded uptil now and not refunded our money that we paid for accommodation to stay at ilala guest house and the guest house did not let us stay without receiving confirmation from safarinow.com
