Safarinow.com ... action please!

I have complained before on hellopeter re Safarinow.com not responding to my request to cancel a reservation at Kruger Komati Villas in June. Yvonne subsequently responded and I received an email in early July to inform me the reservation was cancelled and a further email re my refund would follow. To date no email or responses to my further emails to them. Times are tough, but this is not fair how they dealing with both the accommodation owners and us customers!
