If there was a 0 rating I would give it. Such poor service. We have been trying since July to get a refund on accommodation booked back in February 2020, but the BNB has since closed down. SafariNow is sitting with the deposit. After numerous emails, we have not even had a single response from them. The telephone number given on the webpage is no longer working. How are we to move forward? We will definitely never use this agency again. Is there any watchdog or registry for travel agencies that can follow up on this?
