SAFARINOW Take the money, that's all!!! No service.

Booked on 19th Aug, Goudini spa for 20th Aug, no confirmation received, R920 taken from ccard. Tried to phone Safari now.. No answer. Arrived at Goudini there was no booking made. Had to pay for another booking direct, as we could not get hold of safarinow to query our booking. Tried emailing, phoning no response from this company!!. We want the money returned, otherwise it is *****.
