Safarinow service BAD

Made a booking at Houtbay through them. What a mistake. We cancelled the booking because the cottage had no water and after 2 days we had to leave. The owner said he would refund us. I phoned safarinow to follow up and the lady said she would send me a mail requesting my banking details. Stil today NO RESPONSE FROM THEM OR THE OWNER.
