SafariNow sam their customers

I have book accommodation through SafariNow.com They **** their customers with amazing deals that does not exist and when trying to query this NO ONE answers the phone and there is NO reply to any emails! I have even located their complaints manager on Linkedin and sent a private message, that did not help at all! the lady at the lodge is furious as she said they never had these deals to start with
