SAFARINOW Refund disgrace

Booked a venue Compass View Nieu Bethesda arrival 15 December 23, Depart 16 December 23. Paid in full in October 2023.

Two days prior to arrival owner contacted us claiming that the venue was flooded and they could not accommodate us. A refund would be processed. Well 20 days later with no accommodaiton and significant costs in securing an alternative no refund. Only comment is : Compass View Nieu Bethesda Listed since 2022 - 10 bookings Status You have paid for this booking, but the establishment cannot accommodate you. SafariNow is organising a refund for you. Well Christmas has come and gone, where is the refund. there is no contact details to discuss the matter with anyone on the SafariNow site and the result is I am out of pocket.

Disgraceful in respect of the Venue as well as SafariNow.
