Safarinow - Paid for accomodation only to find out upon arrival that the establishment is fully booked

I made a booking using Safarinow.com for 2 nights at the Horseshoe Inn. Upon arrival at the Horseshoe Inn I was informed that there were no rooms available, this is after I had already paid the full amount to Safarinow. Seeing that it was already late I had to make other arrangements at my own expense. I have been struggling to get hold of Safarinow in order to get a refund seeing that the hickup was from there side but to no avail
