Safarinow notorious for not paying deposits back.

Safarinow..so disapointed in you guys. My reservation was cancelled because of covid. The owner of accomodation in Cape Town paid back my money to them and Safarinow kept it. No answers to numerous emails. Apparently they are notorious for not paying back cancellation deposits. Will never book through them again. Shouldn't ********* be prosecuted??
