Safarinow - not repaying cancelled booking.

My wife, Linda Rabe, booked a matric holiday for my daughter from 1/12 t0 6/12 at 20 Bronze Beach in Umhlanga Rocks #***3. The amount paid was R7275. The booking had to be cancelled due to the change in matric exams dates as a result of COVID. My daughter now has to write exams up until the 12th of December. My wife cancelled the booking on the 17th August 2020 as soon as the announcement was made to move the matric exam dates. She was assured that she would be refunded. To date no refund has been received. Secondly Safarinow has ignored all follow up emails requesting feedback and/or payment.
