Safarinow not reliable

I made a booking with safarinow. As they send me confirmation of booking bank details was send for payment. As the payment was done confirmation was send and booking confirmed. The next day safarinow and hotel confiemed that booking was cancelled due to availability. Several emails was send to safarinow to request refund. Email send that refund was done but nothing in account. Hotel was contacted and reply that only safarinow can solve this. Tried to phone the numbers on website but numbers not working. Safarinow send email and rep**** there numbers is under maintanance. No refund done and emails keep sending that payments was reversed. Safarinow give false bookings and false feedback. Not a reliable site
