Safarinow - no client services. Not a reliable agent.
We made a reservation through Safarinow at Badfontein near Aliwal North for 2 camping sites for 28 and 29 of March 2018. Leaving on 30 March 2018. Booking reference : ********** 3. We did not make use of Badfontein's camping facility. I was deeply disappointed and shocked that was offered to us. This facility are definitively not for the use of normal caravans and the camping sites and ablution facility was a shock. I will never ever make use of this facility in my life again. I asked for a refund on this reservation. Safarinow refused to refund me on this reservation. I will never make any reservation through Safarinow in my life again.

We have investigated this query. We have requested further clarity of the issues experienced with the campsites. The property owner has informed that they offer a space in which camping or caravans can be utilised.
They have informed that they are not willing to make any refunds for the non-utilisation of the campsite as they were not able to ascertain the issue with the campsite.
SafariNow has sent you a mail directly and we have made offer of a voucher as we value you as a customer. We have also removed the campsites from Badfontein Guest Farm and will list their cottages only.
