Reply from The Lake House,Made a booking on Monday deposited money into their account on Tuesday sent them a proof of payment immediately before my stay and was only informed of the cancellation when I got to the establishment Friday afternoon ,owner told me that the chalets was booked on Thursday which was the day before I was to check in .Drove all the way from JHB to Nelspruit for no service ,I had to make alternative for another place which cost me even more .sent them refund mail which I am yet to receive ,contacts are WhatsApp which they sent confirmation for booking but when you respond it says the WhatsApp is not monitored there is no way of contacting them.Safarinow Never am so disappointed they want your money for no service.cancellation confirmation was sent when I got to the establishment ,I guess through realising that I was there
