Safarinow - Never Again!

After having successfully used Safarinow on previous occasions, we booked and paid for a trip to stay in a guesthouse in the Drakensberg. Unfortunately the government shutdown due to Covid, forced a cancellation in our plans. I have been attempting to get get a response from Safarinow for almost a year (and have also tried to guesthouse direct), to find out if we can either re-book for alternatives dates or get a refund. Safarinow are still not responding to my emails and I now also see they have done away with their call centre, forcing customers to get a response only by email - which they can now very easily ignore. Be warned people - I for one will not be using this company ever again!
