SAFARINOW NEVER AGAIN!!!
I made a booking through these I don't even know what to call them. To stay at El Mirador and received an e-mail from Safarinow to inform me that I need to pay asap to secure my booking. Like a complete fool I paid the full amount just to receive a phone call from someone at El Mirador to inform me that they can only help me three days later....what a joke!!!! Normally I will get a response from Safarinow immediately when I send an e-mail well now that I want my money back from them they are dead quite and none of their telephone numbers even ring!!! So now I am out of over R 2 000 and have no where to stay the three nights!!!! Great news, El Mirador has quoted on your enquiry. Tue, 14 Dec 2021 - Fri, 17 Dec 2021. Why on earth will you quote on accommodation that you don't even have available???? Because your de***** people on a daily basis can be the only answer here.
