SafariNow is Either terribly run or an absolute **** - AVOID!
I booked a B&B through SafariNow, sent my proof of payment several times in various formats, and they continue to claim they never received it. I ended up having to call the B&B directly while I was en route to it and pay them again to stay there for the night. Luckily they could still accommodate me. I'm not sure if SafariNow is terribly run or an absolute **** but AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please provide us with the booking number that was used on our site as well as the proof of payment to us.If a payment was made to us then we would owe you the refund for this. Payments are automatically allocated to bookings, the reasons that a payment may not be allocated vary from a mis-referenced payment to a booking that is no longer available. In either scenario with a proof of payment we would be able to find the amounts in our bank accounts if received.We are unable to pick up any bookings under the Hellopeter credentials provided, we have mailed you directly and look forward to that response.
