SafariNow is absolutely utterly unprofessional. I absolutely would NOT recommend them.

Their commission doesn't make any sense at all. After many attempts to contact safari now, we still haven't received any feedback. When you are so so busy it is absolutely tiresome to try and fix something when there is such poor communication within their offices. I also took the breakfast off repeatedly over and over and over and I called them repeatedly wasting a lot of money on the telephone and a lot of time compiling emails and yet clients repeatedly turned up stating that they're breakfast must be included, because that is what SafariNow claims, even though breakfast is excluded on my side. This is utterly unprofessional for a travel agency this big, to not even have a call center.
