Safarinow is a terrible business.

We made a booking with Safari for an accommodation available in February how ever safari said we need to send proof of payment and we did that since December. We've requested our money back but all we have been getting us useless emails and the automated contact call details. We have been sending numerous email with no luck. Safari is a full time disappointment STAY AWAY FROM IT! We still waiting for information on our refund even after I've sent everything through and the nerve to still ask for the account number we paid into when they have provided us with bank account options and we deposited into their Nedbank account. We want our refund ....
