Safarinow is a ***** and ****

Safarinow is a **** & ********** travel agent in South Africa. If you book your accommodation through them expect not to get your refund back. I booked through them for 2020 December holidays. Due Covid19 I have to cancel the booking within 25 days prior my arrival date. I send them cancellation enquiry . Wooow!!! It was madness. They keep me posted from post to pillar between themselves & establishment. Refusing to give my refund back. They even **** saying they deposited the money to my account which they did not. These people are ***** & arrogant. Up to this day I have not yet received my money from them. They are telling me stories and lies all the time. They change cancellation policy to suit their agenda. They are just a *****. Please stay away from Safarinow. Refrain from using this travel agent. They don’t care about Consumer Act and Covid19 Disaster bill. They are just heartless pure ******** with no shame. Never use this bogus travel agent
