SafariNow is a ***** and ******.

SafariNow showed an apartment in Clarens for R2700 on 21 September 2021. I booked the apartment with the R300 off voucher that they send me. But when I got to the payment part, the amount changed to R2800 and the voucher that I app**** didn't deduct the R300.

I tried the different numbers that they have on the internet to raise my unhappiness with them and to get clarity, but none of the numbers works. I send an email yesterday, to date I haven't received any response.

I sebd an email again on 22 September 2021, but still no response. Where do we report SafariNow as they dont have business ethics and robbing people. How do you advertise a place fir R2700 but add an extra R100 when the client pays without any explanations?

Other agencies give breakdowns of what the accommodation cost and the VAT charged, SafariNow doesn't. They send the R300 off voucher to lure you to book with them, but they don't deduct that R300 when you pay. Their system shows that the voucher is app**** succesfully, but there is no reduction in amount.

Please don't make any bookings with SafariNow. I just want ti know where to report them as I want my money. You cabt even cancel the booking as they have taken a deposit akready abd also put a ridiculous Clause that if you cancel, you are going to lose a certain percentage of wgat you already paid.

Please help me, as I want to report SafariNow to bring back my money.
