Safarinow is a *****
We made a booking on Safarinow, showing and advertising available accommodation for Dec 2020 in Springerbaai. They took the 50% deposit I made immediately to confirm booking. That evening the owner of the property send me an email to inform that this was a mistake and the property is not available. The owner and myself has tried to contact them, the owner has send emails to them. NO RESPONSE from them, and NO urgency to assist us or to refund our deposit. We dont know where to go with this! This is *****!
