SafariNow how do we get what we apid for

i booked for accommodation and partially paid for the accommodation through safari now, on route and i called and the resort, lake grappa in ***amas and didn't get through on their land line so do i carried on driving to there, I got there told the receptionist that I've got a booking and they first said they don't have space, when i showed them my reference number they said they have accommodation but cant accommodate me at the price safarinow have charged me, they couldn't care less and said if i cant pay them on the spot i cant stay there, my concern....safarinow takes your booking fee, Lake Grappa first don't have space and then said they have space but for almost triple the cost, and then there is me stuck in the middle without accommodation and have to fork out bucks not budged for, how do we get what we paid for
