Safari.now has gone AWOL!!!

Safarinow.com has gone AWOL and not responding to any queries, we understand tourism has come to a halt, but you still have customers to serve.

I have been emailing, calling with no answer for the past 3 months, for a reservation that I made prior to lockdown. I demand a full refund for the payment made. I even received a call from the host that even she did not even receive payment to secure my booking, this is ridiculous!!!
