Safarinow has become unreachable and is a GHOST platform, refrain from using their service.

I made a cancellable booking through Safarinow, cancellation had to be done 7 days prior to check in, in order to receive 100% refund. I contacted Safarinow, 17 days before check in to process the cancellation, through several emails (5 emails) and multiple calls (which never had anyone pickup after holding for over 40min each call). It seems Safarinow has become a GHOST online platform with an inability for anyone to be reached at the company. I will refrain from using them again for this reason. Thank goodness the establishment followingly agreed to refund me partially directly. They also informed me that getting in touch with Safarinow is like trying to find a needle in the haystack.
