Safarinow disgusting service.

While browsing accommodation at safarinow I found my suitable accommodation at laguna LA crete in uvongo and emailed for booking and made a full payment to secure the booking.after doing so safarinow emails me as well as the establishment owner saying he is canceling my booking and says the accommodation is no longer available for my selected dates and further says I should contact safarinow for my refund..i am still awaiting feedback in regards with my refund and there is still no feedback from safarinow. This is pathetic and disgusting service for such a well renowned booking agency. Absolutely disgusted by the service and highly do not recommend safarinow to anyone booking via them.
