Safarinow disaapoints again- no surprise

I have been writing mails back and forth to Safarinow, also due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and I have decided to contact the owner of the establishment so that my hubby and myself can just organize another time to go, seeing that Safarinow is quick to ask for deposits to book at the establishment, but when it is time to refund due to a reason beyond their customers' control, they choose to ***** the hard earned money of their loyal customers. They will never again receive business from me, and I have warned all my contacts to avoid them like the plague (pardon the pun). Safarinow does not even deserve a negative rating, the local business commerce chain should shut their doors for them for being so dishonest. All customers wanting a refund should rather contact the establishment and try relocate their booking.
