SafariNow directing me to a dump for accommodation.

I inquired from SafariNow,com to find camping accommodation in Port Nolloth. They directed me to Soutpan Safari Camp. Because I have rated SafariNow as a reputable company, I took up the offer and paid the full amount of R755 for two night's stay at Soutpan Safari Camp in Port Nolloth. Upon arrival with my family I realized that this site is not suitable for our needs. It was situated between an industrial area, an informal settlement and a dilapidated suburb of Port Nolloth with two huge dogs roaming the site (of which my handicapped daughter was petrified). After explaining this to the owner he became defensive and aggressive and refused to reimburse us. As SafariNow directed us to this site we we hold them responsible for reimbursing us. Nothing forthcoming from them.
