This company advertise holiday accommodation - so I booked an advertised one, but on the same day I paid my deposit , I got a message to say the accommodation is not available anymore as the owner will now occupy it over the specified period . The problem here my deposit was not refunded in full even though the fault was not on my side. Trying to get hold of anyone at the company is also futile as they only operate via emails and when they do, no contact names are supp**** that you can speak to. I have now been struggling since the same day I booked it early October 2020 ( by sending weekly follow-up emails) to get my full deposit back( I only received part of it as they retained a service fee amount) , and although promised that it would happen by one of their anonymous agents on the ***0, I am still waiting for it 4 months later. It is very difficult to contact a company that don't phone you, don't give names and has a landline that does not get answered.
