SafariNow Cancellations - FORGET ABOUT A REFUND

I have been waiting for over a week for Safari to refund money, that they charged for commission on a trip that never happened due to covid-19. The owner of the place, already paid back his part on the 30/04/2020, but I am at times struggling to even get a response from Safari. By the amount of bad reviews I have seen relating to the same issue with them, it seems that Safari will never pay my money back. If they couldn't do it withing 8 days, they never will.
