SAFARINOW BRING BACK MY MONEY #***

I had initially booked through SAFARINOW probably around January for a vacation to Durban end of March 2020, so before then I called to cancel due to Covid restrictions, then i was advised to rather postpone to whichever date,fine. Now I've been calling them since March 2020 till date, calls are not being picked up and emails are never attended. Ive probably sent 20 emails to reservations, info and also cancellations. No one is responding but they are busy sending promotional emails. I'm tired of the runaround, i want my money in full.
