Safarinow booking *** (East London)
I made a booking for accommodation on 11 November for holidays in East London. Two weeks after the booking was made, I was informed by the owner of the property that he has sold his house and I need to contact Safari so that they can refund me the amount of R3706 which I have paid in full for accommodation 30 December - 3 January.
This company does not have a call centre number where you can be assisted. You are expected to interact with them through email (***). the person who responded to my query was Lucy who asked for my banking details . To my surprise Safari only refunded me R510 . I followed up with the email asking when are they paying the amount of R3196 there is no response.
I will never book accommodation using this company. Its the worst experience I have ever went through as a consumer. Safarinow I want my money now
We have refunded the fees that we were holding as referral fees in the interim. We are retrieving the balance from the property who we had settled payment to to secure the booking.
