Safarinow.......
Made a inquire for a reservation at Magaliesberg Mountain Lodge in end July 2020 for September 2020. We received a confirmation of the dates we asked and to make a booking and pay a deposit. A day later we received a email stating that the property is not available for the dates we chose in September. After sending 4 e-mails for our deposit the be credited, from end of July 2020 now middle August 2020 we have received no response or deposit back. Not going to use Safarinow again and I am going to report them to the Consumer Forum.

31 Aug 2020, 16:51Hi Annemarie, the email was sent to the reservation mailbox and not to me directly then to my colleague who forwarded it to me. I have since responded indicating the reversal back to the card was done however it could take a couple of days to show on your statement.
