SAFARINOW AND THEIR ESTABLISHMENT THEY AR ******** PEOPLE
Safarinow nd elize from amanzimtoti beach and sea view who's very rude refused to change my date whereby i enquired about it 3 weeks prior to arrival and i am willing to take this up , and speak out will be my answer to this as i have proof of e-mails i sent nd you didn't bother to reply, and i rhink people should stop using your agency you are a ****

Please note that each establishment has their own cancellation terms which must be adhered to. SafariNow did try and assist by contacting the establishment to make an exception and the establishment also contacted you directly offering to move your stay, however you declined.
