Safarinow

I have been a user of Safarinow for quite a number of years and had no problems with them. I were awarded a voucher that I had to use within a specific time, which I did. However no reference appeared on my invoice once I have paid my deposit. They show a telephone number as well as an email address should you want to contact them. When you phone them, a prerecorded voice tells you to email them, which I did, whereupon I received a reply notifying me that they will respond within one working day. After having sent them three emails, I have had received no feedback at all.
