Safarianow - Non refund of Deposit

My children and I made a booking through Safarinow at the Elephant house outside Addo in the Eastern Cape. Unfortunately due to Covid and the Red Area close down my children are not able to come form the Uk and we had to cancell the booking having already paid the deposit in an amount of R3369.50, which they promised to refund me with. I had various emails saying that this amount had been transferred to my account, but nothing has been transferred. I have writtem t them several time and have had no reply. I do not find this acceptable. The Actual Elepant house say that they have had several other complaints re Safaria no with people battling to get their deposits back after a cancelled booking which has not been their fault and has just been the circumstances of Covid and the Red List.

I would be most grateful if you could please help me get my deposit back again please. The Reference number with Safarinow was ***9.
