safari worst booking online

this booking was made for my 10 anniversary!!!! i have book a guesthouse in Bethlehem green olive guesthouse,the lady did every thing right what i ask for right, accept they never got my payment was been made n week before the time,but the lady receive every order what i give to her.

we drove all the way from welcome to Bethlehem and we drove all the way back for nothing, what a feeling for my self for what was happening . i try to call safari ,just press 2 and they will call you back. i have send mail to them couple of time no answer from them. i just think it is super bad for so big company. for them just a another order going bad!!!! my email address is *** and my cell ***
