Safari now usseless !!!!

Good day. I have booked with safari now during december 2020 to stay at a hotel in durban. When we got there, the hotel said that they cant help me until safari now has paid them. I did try and contact then but no luck. I had to go to a different place and book to stay and also pay them that day. Safari now called me back ons the monday to say that they will refund me all my money back.

I have gave them my account details as requested by safari now and spoken to a Megan lady working there. From that day till now, its been a month and i still have not received my refund. Also no response from safari now or Megan working there.

VERY POOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!! I DONT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL !!!!!
