Safari Now - poor service and communication

This business is a shocker. They provide a portal for owners of properties to register and rent out their properties and receive payment (for a commission). They are really sharp when it comes to making a booking and paying over the funds and presumably contacting the owner. However, when it comes to contacting them to make changes, cancel, forget it!! They are pathetic and their phone line has a miserable message explaining that they are upgrading their system. Another nameless, faceless organisation that extracts fees and provides a sub-standard service. Getting a refund is also a mission......Find someone else to handle your holiday or accommodation bookings, this one is poor on service.
