Safari Now is no picnic in the park - AVOID!!!

My venue in Pretoria has been registered with Safari Now for 14 years. Their service has gone from great, to moderate to just poor. Even before the lockdown I wondered if they had financial problems, because one always had to phone several times before anyone answered. Of all the booking agencies they always took the most days to pay over the money to the venue. Since lockdown NOBODY has answered a phone in their offices. Just in the last week, I have sent more than 10 emails marked URGENT - with no response. I have sent messages with FB Messenger - NO response. The complains on their FB page is as long as my arm. AVOID BOOKING THROUGH THEM!!!!
