Safari Now Communication is horrible but they are quick to ask for your money!!!
I made a booking with Safarinow.com for an establishment and was rushed to make a payment of which I did. I have not received any confirmation or communication from the establishment or Safari Now itself. I have tried many times to call their number but have been holding for hours on end. I have sent numerous emails and no one has responded even now. I want my refund or at least confirmation of my booking.
