Terrible, never book thrpugj them. We booked paid the money over, arruved at Clarens Lakeview Guesthpuse only to hear we dont have accommodation. We had to find alternative cxommodation, almost everything was full. No answering phones or measages. How donI get my money back. Terrible experience
