Safari com and Langdam guest farm

Would never recommend or do business with them again! Searched for pet friendly accommodation and found Langdam Koo guest farm and booked a two night stay for the weekend of 26 Nov on the 04th nov. Filled out everything and noticed that nowhere the asked about how many pets but I took it cause it was pet friendly maybe it was not necessary and made the payment. When I got the payment confirmation 5mns later I thought I would just drop an email saying I have 3 small terriers just in case. The owner responds and say that the place I booked gas no fence and they ate fully booked and to contact safari to sort out. Sent several emails with no response and even told the owner I was willing to change the date for when a pet friendly chalet became available but it seems they have my R2000 and there's nothing I can do! Never and never again!
