Angry client. I made a booking for coffee bay through SafariNow but had to cancel due to lockdown extension. I struggled for about 2 weeks to get a reply from them concerning refund! They then said they will get back to me in about 2 days and its been about 3 weeks and nothing at all! I paid an R800 deposit and it's as if I've just been ******!!
