My wife booked with Safarinow.com for us to stay over for one night in Middelburg, unfortunately she didn't realize that there were two different Middelburg's. There is the one in Mpumalanga and one in the Eastern Cape. A deposit of R 3000.00 was paid over to Safarinow.com and when it was explained to them about the mishap, they only gave a refund of R 780.00 !! This is a pure and blatant *******!!!!

Safarinow.com has done literally nothing and has reaped the rewards!!!! They haven't provided a service at all and received funds for doing sweet blow all!!!!!
