Refuse refunds - ****

Made a booking with this lot but had to cancel due to work commitments. They claim it takes 3 days to refund, its now 8 days later and nothing, just the usual excuse of its being processed waiting for owner of resort to reply etc. This lot are a **** company, stay very, very far away from them, totally dishonest and *********.
