Refunds for booking - No Terms an Condition.

My wife made a booking for two days with one of the accommodation ( 27 Kyalanga, Natal) hosted on the website. We paid in full. We have a family crisis and need to cancel the accommodation. No where on the advertised accommodation or the website does it state a fee will be charged for any cancellation or partial refunds. It is 12 days before we would have entered the accommodation, but there is also something called humanity. Now owner wants to charge us 50% for a Terms and Conditions that is not given to you when you request the accommodation in the first place.<br> This is not acceptable and will not be left for others to fall in your traps of false advertising. I will take this to the next level ( social media being the first step ) if you don't refund us the full amount.
