Refund ****.
Review Says them all, made a booking on friday through this *****ulant site with no verification after they took my money few minutes all i got was a cancelling email that i didnt send my documents,and picture of my card,next thing when i wanted my money i was told that it takes 7days to be processed,what if that was my last money? I should sleep in the streets cause this ********** took my money,since i have being waiting for proof of refund,come Monday hell will break loose if i dont see my money,your site will suffeer if i dont get my money.

SafariNow has processes and procedures which we may follow to protect ourselves and card users on our website. We attempted numerous times to no avail to get the required verification documents from the booker. Only on cancellation of the booking did we get a response of displeasure from the guest. The funds have been reversed back to the card that was used to transact the booking, banking times may vary from bank to bank in the processing time of a reversal.
We unfortunately are not able to give a definite time by which the funds will show on the cardholders account but it should not be longer than the 7 working days. Regards SafariNow
