Refund Requested

I booked accommodation from 21 Feb to 23 Feb for my son at Shelly Beach Caravanpark in the Pugwash chalet . On arrival he paid the R250 key deposit went to the chalet and it was not as described and advertised. It is a Mosquito nest hardly water in the dam for canoeing as advertised. He returned the keys and they refunded the deposit. I immediately emailed Kate and requested a refund. She said it was up to Safarinow to make the decision. I forwarded all emails and requested a refund. On 3 March received email Shelly Beach won't do refund obvoius Safarinow did not read all the emails. According to Kate they only get paid 7 to 10 days after Safarinow recieved paymet and deducts their commission and VAT and then pays the establishment. It was up to Safarinow to refund. Used Safarinow for booking from 18 Feb to 21 Feb in Ballito no problem. Will not book with them again. Neither will my friends or family.
