Refund of funds

we were at Leeupoort and book through Safari.com The full amount was paid before we arrive as requested. Unfortunately because of the covic 19 we need to leave Leeupoort as requested by them a day before and they promise to pay back for the one day. It is now more then a week and you can call and call no answer i already send 3 e-mail and still no answer or rotund of my money,
