Refund no response

I can't believe how terrible the service is from SafariNow.com regarding my refund. There bot states that they will reply within 48 hours of a query but they never do.

It has been 2 months of struggling since cancelling within their policies, never mind lockdown and no refund.

They have only rep**** once, that was on the 14th of April when they stated my refund was loaded and will reflect within a week in response to my 4th of April inquiry.

Since then I have done follow ups on on the 1st of May and 10th of May and no one comes back to you.

This is absolutely pathetic, if there is an issue, the least you can do is inform your client
